Dementia advisers
Dementia Advisers (from the Dementia Connect service in Warwickshire service) provide early intervention and post diagnosis support to people with dementia diagnosis and their carers.
Depending on your individual circumstances, dementia advisers will provide information and advice about dementia, signpost to support services available locally (for example, dementia cafes or carers support groups) or can offer practical and emotional support.
