Coventry and Warwickshire’s Living Well with Dementia Strategy 2024-2029 sets out six key priority areas that will help ensure that people with dementia, as well as their carers, receive the appropriate support, information, and advice along their journey with dementia. Each of these six priority areas includes several objectives which summarise what actions will be taken and also outcome measures that will enable us to track our progress.

Development of the strategy
A period of extensive engagement on the draft strategy took place from early September to end of October 2021.
A ‘We Asked, You Said, We Did’ format summarises the key findings from the engagement (You Said), and explains how the strategy has been developed as a result of the engagement (We Did).
Two reports have also been published:
- one report that includes comments from 85 stakeholders obtained through a survey on Ask Warwickshire
- one report with feedback from over 220 people living with dementia and carers through a range of in-person engagement opportunities.
The feedback and reports can be viewed via Ask Warwickshire - dementia engagement survey
