Dementia day opportunities
The aim of the service is to help maintain the skills, health & wellbeing and social inclusion of people with dementia whilst providing a break from the caring role to their families. The dementia day opportunities service can be either building-based or provided in the community, or a mixture of both, depending on the needs of the person.
