Dementia Active is a free, weekly session for people living with dementia or memory loss and their carers. Participants can play sports, take part in physical activities, play games and chat in a fun and comfortable environment. Activity groups for people living with dementia include sports such as archery, badminton, football, Jenga, table tennis, basketball, chess, playing cards & soft tennis. All refreshments provided.
Held weekly on Mondays, 2.30pm to 4.30pm
