Arts and Dementia Warwickshire

FREE fun arts workshops for people living with dementia and their carers with opportunities to chat over a cup of tea!

Participation in the arts can help with improving mental well-being, reducing isolation and loneliness, improving brain cognition and physical co-ordination and also making new friends!

Singing with Karen Hill

These free workshops include reminiscence, physical / vocal warm ups and familiar songs which encourage cognitive skills. No singing experience is necessary. Different themes each week. Free refreshments included.

Wednesdays 11.00am to 12.30pm (9, 16, 23, 30 November 2022, 7, 14 December 2022)
