First and third Monday of the month from 2pm to 4pm. Please come along and join our Memory Café. The café is primarily for those with early to mid stage dementia and their carers. It is an opportunity for people to come together.
We take this time to help stimulate peoples long term memories by, for example, playing board games, art/colouring and exercises to promote wellbeing. We also arrange for regular visitors who can provide advice, guidance and support. Not forgetting tea, cakes and general socialising.
