ARC Wellbeing in Nature supports people in improving their mental and physical health and wellbeing by helping them to engage with the great outdoors. There is mounting evidence that being in nature can make positive contributions to mental and physical health and wellbeing. Helping people to create and sustain such open spaces is empowering for individuals and helps to build stronger communities. The service is open to anyone who wishes to improve their wellbeing whether this is low mood or high functioning mental ill health. Participants are encouraged to attend independently.
Sessions run Every Tuesday 10-12pm and 12:30-2:30pm.
