Mondays and Thursdays 9.30am to 3.30pm. Following on from Alcester Café, this is the next phase in dementia care in Alcester. A day care service where people with dementia may be left in a caring environment whilst their carers have some respite time.
The group is managed by volunteers who employ paid staff to help with their needs. Our Day Care is a not for profit organisation but we still have to pay for room hire, refreshments and staff costs so we make a charge of £38 which includes morning coffee, a light lunch and afternoon tea.
