This service provides practical and emotional support to carers, family members and people diagnosed with dementia. The service is for people registered to a GP in Rugby, Coventry and Warwickshire North. Carers and people with dementia can self refer, but people can also be referred by their GP or Arden Memory Services.Alternatively, anyone looking for advice or support relating to dementia should call the national Dementia Helpline on 0300 303 3131 or book a remote video or phone appointment with an Admiral Nurse at dementiauk.org/closer-to-home
