If you are living with dementia, or caring for a person with dementia, there are services that can support you throughout the COVID-19 outbreak.

Please do get in touch with the Dementia Connect Service and / or the Carer Wellbeing Service to talk to a member of the team to ensure you are well supported through the forthcoming weeks. The services are keen to hear from you and can offer practical and emotional support, a listening ear, suggestions on coping through these difficult times and advice about other services that might also be able to help.
