FREE fun arts workshops for people living with dementia and their carers with opportunities to chat over a cup of tea!
Participation in the arts can help with improving mental well-being, reducing isolation and loneliness, improving brain cognition and physical co-ordination and also making new friends!
Movement to Music with Kath Kimber-McTiffen & Lucy Knight
Take part in a range of movement to music sessions with like minded people based on themes such as going out, schooldays and celebrations with patient support and guidance. Can be seated and suits all abilities.

Memories Alive with Rob Gee and Escape Arts
Working with performance poet Rob Gee, a small group will discuss weekly themes and share memories and experiences. Rob will craft participants’ stories and memories into a poem, as well as sharing his own poetry.
