Singing for the Brain® uses the therapeutic benefits of music and singing to help improve wellbeing and confidence for people with dementia and their carers. Music can encourage the expression of positive emotions as well as enhance communication skills.
Each session, led by a trained facilitator, offers the opportunity to socialise, receive and give peer support whilst engaging in a stimulating group activity.
Sessions will run on the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 2.30pm - 4.00pm (starting from 14 December 2021).
